How does the booking process work?

At the point of sale you will receive an email titled “Confirmation of Purchase Receipt”. This confirms that you placed an order for tours with requested times and dates or the purchase of local products for pick up or shipment within the USA.

If you booked a tour, you will receive a second email titled “Tour Confirmation and E-Ticket” including E-Tickets and the essential information about tours. Most of the great Kauai outfits still use hand- written books, so please allow 48 hours for us to generate a digital copy for your records.

The second email outlining your tour package will include:

  • E-Ticket number with corresponding confirmation numbers provided by tour operators confirming reserved seats
  • Activity time, date, guest amount, and tour type
  • Directions
  • Providers telephone number

  • How to be prepared for tours or activities


Where do I get my E-ticket for tours?

Tour E-Tickets will be sent to you by email after all tours are confirmed and your seats are securely reserved (Please allow up to 48 hours). You must provide a copy of your personalized E-Ticket to tour provider at tour check-in time to participate in any event booked through Upon request we can also fax your E-Ticket to you. In emergency situations we can fax E-ticket to tour provider. You are responsible for showing up with your E-Ticket and a valid ID.


What if we want to schedule a tour time/date not available on the booking calendar?

This does not mean the tour is unavailable. Please call or email (800-380-KAUAI or and we will make every effort to get you to an available tour. We block out days within the cancellation period so guests don’t book a tour that is unavailable. If the tour is available, we will get your seat reserved as quickly as possible.


How early should I book my tour?

The earlier the better! Working with such high quality operations and teams on Kauai, means that specific tours dates can fill up weeks or even months in advance. Most of our operations have small guest/guide ratios and space is limited. In addition, Kauai is emerging as a hotspot within United States and Canadian travel, so don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy one of our exclusive tours!



The most frequently asked questions are about shipping. Anyone who lives on Kauai knows that transporting goods to and from the islands can get expensive. These costs also apply when ships something to you. For this reason we have chosen to use USPS flat rate shipping within the United States as our primary web based method. With this option, customers can fit a multitude of local products into one box, for $15 flat-rate. If your not in the U.S.A. or this method does not work for you, please give us a call anytime. We would be happy to ship any product individually or bulk ship anywhere in the world. also encourages you to use one of our designated local pick up locations to save money and ensure a timely delivery.

Are you a resident or a traveler looking to buy a variety of local Kauai products?
